Jonathan Kleinman

Jonathan Kleinman serves as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs at Lionsgate since July 2023, focusing on negotiating and drafting development, production, and co-financing deals for a robust slate of scripted series. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Vice President of Business Affairs at FX from October 2012 to June 2023, where responsibilities included the negotiation and drafting of a range of development and production agreements. Jonathan also served in various roles at Shine America, including Director of Business & Legal Affairs, and spent six years at Fox Television Studios as Counsel in Business & Legal Affairs, managing production legal for both scripted and unscripted television. Early career experiences include roles as an Agent Trainee at Innovative Artists and Assistant State Attorney. Jonathan holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business, a JD from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, and a BA in Pre-Law from the University of Central Florida.
