Michelle A. serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Lionsgate since December 2014, overseeing UK Human Resources Management, including strategy, reporting, performance management, recruitment, training and development, talent retention, employee welfare, rewards, and engagement. Prior to Lionsgate, Michelle A. held the position of HR Manager at Way To Blue from October 2011 to June 2014, where responsibilities encompassed HR strategy, performance management, recruitment, and international HR management across multiple countries. From September 2001 to September 2011, Michelle A. worked as Company Resources Manager at Feref, focusing on UK HR Management and providing personal assistance to executives. Earlier experience includes serving as Project PA in International Marketing and Promotions at EMI Music from October 1997 to June 2001. Michelle A. has also contributed to special projects such as the Cannes Film Festival and Feref LA.
