Peter Zimmermann

Peter Zimmermann is an experienced tax professional with extensive expertise in international tax planning, compliance, and audit defense. Currently serving as Executive Director of Tax at Lionsgate since February 2016, Peter provides critical support in contract review, M&A structure analysis, and SOX control review for the $2.6 billion motion picture and television production company. Prior roles include Tax Consultant at Newegg, Senior Director of Tax at CoreLogic, and Director of Taxes at BCBGMAXAZRIAGROUP and AECOM, among others. Peter's career began at PwC as a Tax Senior, and subsequent positions have included leadership roles with significant responsibilities in tax strategy and team management across various industries. Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Religious Studies from Occidental College and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Southern California.
