David Boll has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. David currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture at LIONSTEP where they oversee HR functions across multiple countries. In this role, they lead a team of 4 people and is responsible for HR strategy, employer branding, talent acquisition, talent development, and compensation & benefits. Prior to this, David worked at KPMG as a Manager and Assistant Manager in HR Business Partner and Recruitment roles. David also gained experience as a Sales Manager at faulhaber Marketing Services and held various specialist and leadership roles within the hospitality industry.

David Boll has a diverse education history. David started their academic journey in 2010 at the EHL Swiss School of Tourism and Hospitality (SSTH), where they pursued a diploma in hospitality and graduated in 2011. The following year, in 2011, they attended Queen Margaret University and obtained a Bachelor of Business of Arts degree with a focus on International Hospitality Management.

After gaining foundational knowledge in the field of hospitality, David furthered their education by pursuing a HR-Fachmann mit eidg. Fachausweis (HR Specialist, Federal Diploma of Higher Education) from NBW Betriebstwirtschaftliche Weiterbildung, which they completed in 2016. To deepen their knowledge and expertise in human capital management, they enrolled at the ZHAW School of Management and Law in 2018 for their Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Human Capital Management, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
