Ralph Conrad is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in leadership roles within the recruitment and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the COO at LIONSTEP since July 2021, Ralph Conrad specializes in combining technology and human expertise to enhance candidate sourcing services globally. Prior to this, Ralph Conrad held various positions at Hays from March 2014 to June 2021, including VP Customer Success EMEA and several managerial roles within the Engineering department. Ralph Conrad’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from ZHAW University of Applied Sciences Zurich, completed in 2014.
