Michael McCarrey

Michael McCarrey is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, currently serving as Senior Commercial Counsel at Liontown Resources Limited since May 2023. Prior to this role, McCarrey held positions as Senior Associate at Mills Oakley from September 2020 to May 2023 and as Legal Counsel at various companies including Western Power, Subsea 7, and Wellard Limited. McCarrey has demonstrated expertise in advising ASX-listed and private companies on matters related to equity capital markets, energy and resources, and mergers and acquisitions.
