Avi S.

Avi S. serves as the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at LionTree, a position held since March 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing operations and legal matters. Prior to this role, Avi S. was associated with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz from September 2013 to February 2022 as a Corporate M&A Attorney, concentrating on high-value domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, alongside advising on various corporate governance issues. Earlier experience includes working as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Israel in 2011. Avi S. holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ethics, Politics, and Economics from Yale University, graduating summa cum laude and being inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
