Ben Couch

Ben Couch, ASA, serves as the Head of Valuation at LionTree since August 2023. Previously, Ben held various roles at GE from June 2014 to August 2023, including Financial Planning and Analysis Executive and Corporate Valuation Leader, where responsibilities included optimizing capital allocation processes and managing valuations for significant asset sales. Prior experience encompasses a Senior Manager position at EY within the Strategy & Transactions Complex Securities group, focusing on risk management and valuation of complex financial instruments. Ben also contributed as a Valuation Practice Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board and has further experience in EY's National Office. Ben holds an MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a B.A. in Economics from Allegheny College.
