Pascal Jonkheijm

Pascal Jonkheijm is the Founder and R&D Advisor at LipoCoat BV and serves as a Full Professor in the Department for Molecules and Materials, affiliated with the Organ on Chip Center of the TechMed Centre and the Molecules Center of the Mesa+ Institute. Previously, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Max Planck Institute and held various academic positions, including Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at the University of Twente. They completed a Ph.D. focusing on nanoscopic supramolecular architectures at Eindhoven University of Technology, where they also obtained an MSc in Chemical Engineering. Since 2016, Jonkheijm has been dedicated to advancing bio-inspired coatings for medical devices through their company, LipoCoat BV.
