James Raffle has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Finance Director at Lippert since May 2022. Previously, James held the position of Plant Controller at Danfoss Power Solutions from August 2021 to May 2022 and at Eaton from January 2020 to August 2021. Prior to these roles, James was Finance Director at Pfizer from March 2007 to January 2020, where responsibilities included providing financial leadership and overseeing budget processes. Earlier in James's career, various management accounting roles were undertaken at Hendy Group from March 2004 to March 2007, and as a Trainee at Deloitte from September 2001 to March 2003. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Surrey and has pursued further education with The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
