Michael Williams has extensive experience in both manufacturing and sports coaching. Currently serving as Plant Manager for Assembly, Weld & Forming at Lippert since March 2021, Michael has held various managerial roles within the company, including Manufacturing Manager and LIT. Prior to this, Michael was the Head Boys Lacrosse Coach at Penn High School from August 2018 to August 2021. Michael's career also includes over a decade at Elevation Sports in various sales and management positions, culminating as Director of Sales. Additionally, Michael has served as Head Lacrosse Coach at Saint Joseph High School and held leadership roles in the Indiana High School Lacrosse Association. Academically, Michael attended Holy Cross College and Indiana University Bloomington, earning an Associate of Arts degree.
