Mike Hicks is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in product development and team management within the RV and related industries. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Lippert Components since January 2021, Mike focuses on building teams and developing innovative products for the RV sector. Prior to this role, Mike held key positions at The Hillman Group as Director of Development Engineering, leading engineering teams to develop new product platforms. During a significant tenure at Dometic from 1998 to 2014, Mike advanced through multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Product Innovation and Global Product Development Director, overseeing R&D activities and product strategies for climate control and awning products. Earlier in the career, Mike gained valuable experience at Cummins Natural Gas Engines and Fleck Manufacturing. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from New Mexico State University.
