Sean Cale is an Executive Leader for Lean Manufacturing at Lippert, currently driving operational excellence on a global scale. Since 2021, they have served as the Senior Director of Lean, spearheading initiatives such as the Just Fix It program and leading various committees to optimize production processes. With prior experience including Director of Lean Manufacturing and extensive roles within the hospitality industry, Sean is also the owner of The Square Root Of Lean and a board member at Helping Hearts Helping Hands. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University.
