Susie Griffith

Susie Griffith has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Engineering Change Coordinator and Team Leader at Lippert Components, Inc. since July 2008, where responsibilities include managing engineering requests, coordinating model line changeovers, and supporting product development. Previously, Susie held the position of Senior Project Engineer and Engineer, focusing on processing Engineering Change Notices for RV chassis frames and furniture while collaborating with production and customers. Susie's earlier career includes roles as a Quality Inspector and Parts Shipper at Carriage, Inc., and as Department Manager at Teghtmeyer Ace Hardware. Susie holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Drafting & Design from ITT Technical Institute and completed high school education at Wawasee High School.
