Tim Schultz is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development and management within the RV and specialty vehicle markets. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering-Chassis at Lippert Components, Inc. since January 2016, Tim has previously held leadership roles as Director of Engineering at Norco Industries-BAL RV Products and as Design Engineer at AL-KO Kober Corp, where responsibilities included new product development and sustaining engineering for axle and brake products. Tim's earlier experience at Power Gear/Power Packer divisions of Actuant Corporation involved project management and design for cab-tilt and crane stabilization systems. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University, obtained in 2005.
