Tom Tschida

Tom Tschida has extensive experience in management and project leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager and Project Manager at Lippert since July 2017, Tom played a key role in optimizing Jack manufacturing processes post-Covid-19, achieving record units per man (UPM). Previously, Tom held positions at Norco Industries, including Plant Manager, where responsibilities encompassed production planning, safety, and continuous improvement in a facility with over 70 employees. Tom also increased dealer activity as Sales Zone Manager at Champion Home Builders, and demonstrated strong operational performance as Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Tom's career began with marketing and internship experiences at HotBox Pizza and Dell America, respectively. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.
