Tom Ward

Tom Ward is an accomplished engineering and product development professional with extensive experience in the marine and clean energy sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product at Lippert since July 2023, Tom previously held the position of Energy Executive in Residence for clean energy startups at the Maryland Energy Innovation Accelerator. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Epoch Boats, Tom led the development of innovative, all-electric aluminum hydrofoil boats. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at Lippert Components and SeaStar Solutions, where Tom managed teams, drove strategic product development, and improved engineering processes. With a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Drexel University, Tom combines technical expertise with a strong track record in project management, design, and continuous improvement.
