Rusty Harmon

Rusty Harmon is an experienced professional in the music industry with a diverse background in management and education. Currently, Rusty serves as an Adjunct Professor at Lipscomb University and has held similar positions at Belmont University and the University of North Carolina Wilmington. As President of Vere Music since November 2020, Rusty leads a label services company that enhances partnerships between artists and distributors. Previous roles include President of HARMON Music Management, VP of Music Sales at Royalty Exchange, and President at Average Joes Entertainment and MTM Music Management, as well as managing the band Hootie and the Blowfish for over a decade. Rusty earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from North Carolina State University.
