Randy Grad is a Senior CRD Consultant with extensive experience in implementing and customizing order management systems, particularly Charles River, for investment management firms. They have worked in various roles, ranging from IT development and business analysis to project management and production support, across several prestigious companies including Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, and Capital Group. Randy currently owns Randy Jay Grad, LLC and serves as the Director of Business Development at Villain Technology Partners, where they focus on developing proprietary software for order management and compliance. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
