Bob Ryder

Bob Ryder is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in multi-national consumer products and executive management. Currently serving as CEO of Horsepower Advisors since July 2015, Bob provides consulting services across various organizations, focusing on business strategy, transformations, and executive coaching. Additionally, Bob holds a position as a Board Member at Liquid Death and acts as a Senior Advisor for Boston Consulting Group. Previous roles include Interim CFO at Resideo during its transition post-spin-off from Honeywell, and EVP and CFO at Constellation Brands, where significant organizational realignments were accomplished. Bob's extensive career also includes leadership positions at IMG, American Greetings, and PepsiCo, as well as audit management experience at PwC. Bob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Scranton.
