Daniel Rubini, CPA, CGMA, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in technical accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting, and SOX at Liquid Death, Daniel is instrumental in preparing the venture capital-backed startup for IPO and ensuring SEC compliance. Previous roles include Vice President of Finance at NJOY, where significant cost savings and compliance improvements were achieved, and Director of Finance at Revlon Inc., leading efficient reporting processes across multiple divisions. With a comprehensive career encompassing positions at Xcel Brands, CION Investments, Fuel Systems Solutions, Comverse Technology, BDO USA, and Deloitte, Daniel has consistently delivered timely and accurate financial reporting while enhancing internal controls and operational efficiencies.
