Frank Capozza has had a long and successful career in the finance and marketing industries. Frank began their career in 1978 as the Director of Investor Relations for Borg-Warner Corporation in Chicago, IL. In 1986, they founded the NYC-based advertising and marketing agency, OMI Marketing Communications, Inc., and was responsible for product marketing for Western Union North America's alternative-banked market. From 1991 to 2000, they worked for Western Union International/First Data Corp. in various roles, including Corporate Marketing--Global and Corporate & Product Marketing--North America. Frank then joined the Local Search Association (Yellow Pages Integrated Media Association) as Senior Vice President in 2000. In 2003, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at CAN Capital, where they launched the SMB Alternative Financing Model (MCA) in the U.S. In 2004, they founded MCE, Ltd. in London (LIBERIS), where they launched the SME Alternative Financing Model (including MCA) in Europe. Frank'spartners included Goldman Sachs, Lloyds TSB, and First Data International, and the company had a highly profitable exit. From 2009 to 2015, they were the CEO & Founder of PayFast (currently marketed as Easy Pay by Integrity Payment Systems), a micro-payments and transactions platform for SMB financing/bill payments in the U.S. and Europe. Finally, from 2015 to the present, they have been the CEO & Founder of Liquid FSI, Inc., a lending technology platform using big data analytics, machine learning, and Blockchain to help healthcare providers access capital through a marketplace of over 1,000 lenders. Additionally, they are currently a Guest Lecturer at NYU's Courant Institute of Mathematical Science, where they lead an Entrepreneurial Workshop.
Frank Capozza earned their BA from Northern Michigan University and an AMP--Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with a focus on Borg-Warner sponsored executive education/development.
