Climate Champion

Asad Ullah is a dedicated and proactive professional in the field of sustainability and biotechnology, with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biotechnology from Bahauddin Zakariya University (2021-2025). Asad's experience includes serving as a Climate Scholar with the Oxford Climate Society, where participation in a climate change program enriched knowledge in climate science and policy. Asad contributed as a Climate Ambassador for the Young Leaders Organization, engaging in various sustainability initiatives. In 2025, Asad held the position of SDGs Impact Leader Fellow at Skillistan, leading seminars focused on climate action. Current roles include membership in the American Society for Microbiology and the Australian and New Zealand Mental Health Association Inc. Hands-on laboratory experience has been gained through internships at the National Institute for Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering and Ayub Agricultural Research Institute Faisalabad, where practical skills in molecular biology techniques were developed.
