Caroline Båth

Caroline Bonacci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at S.Kidman since May 2024, Caroline previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Propel Group from November 2019 to June 2024, where a significant focus was placed on implementing advanced technology for operational excellence. Prior to that, Caroline was with Scanlan Theodore for 20 years as Chief Technology Officer and Retail Operations Consultant, managing IT projects and store openings. Additional roles include Information Technology & Retail Operations Consultant at Total Retail Solutions from July 2010 to 2013 and OSIPOS Point of Sale Software Reseller & Retail Operations Consultant from May 1995 to March 2010. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business Information Systems from RMIT University.
