Peter Thomsen

Peter Thomsen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1999, they worked as an Equity Analyst, specializing in IT and Telecommunications, at Svenska Handelsbanken until 2001. Peter then transitioned to TDC, where they served as a Project Manager for TDC International from 2002 to 2007. In 2007, Peter joined DONG Energy and held various positions, including Business Developer, Senior Business Developer, and Lead Business Developer. Their responsibilities included identifying strategic opportunities, managing M&A projects, negotiating contracts, and developing investment proposals. In 2014, Peter joined Arla Foods amba as a Senior Manager in M&A, where they played a pivotal role until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Director at Gemstone Capital A/S. Currently, Peter holds the position of Director of Investments and Development at Liquid Wind, starting in April 2021.

Peter Thomsen completed their MSc in Economics at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 1994 to 2002. Additionally, from 1998 to 1999, they obtained a Certificat d’Etudes Economique in Financial Markets and EU Policy from Université Pierre-Mendès-France.
