Robert Swisher

Robert Swisher has extensive experience in the development and formulation of specialized materials and inks for the electronics industry. Currently serving as Ink Formulation Development at Liquid X Printed Metals since 2016, Robert focuses on creating functional metallic inks and designing printed electronic components. Prior roles include Technical Consultant at Pixelligent Technologies, where Robert formulated materials for OLED coatings, and a Sr. Scientist position at Solvay OLED/Plextronics, leading the development of electronic printing inks for OLED applications. Robert's earlier career at PPG Industries involved significant advancements in photochromic and polarizer film development as well as the creation of polyurethane pads for the semiconductor industry. Robert holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and both an MS and BS in Chemistry from Bowling Green State University.
