Cem Albukrek is a technology and business development leader with over 20 years of experience in drones, robotics, agriculture, and the automotive sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Department at Liquid Piston Inc, Cem leads a team focused on developing eVTOL UAVs with hybrid-electric propulsion systems funded by the US Army and US Air Force. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer at Agrobotz, Cem designed an autonomous UAV for agricultural spraying and successfully reduced costs through innovative ground robotics. Cem's academic credentials include an MBA from MIT Sloan and a Ph.D. from Cornell University, along with notable experience as a Professor of Management at ISE Business School and various strategic roles at DuPont. With a commitment to innovation and knowledge transfer, Cem aims to foster diversity in thought and create impactful solutions across organizations.
