Jonathan Lauter possesses extensive experience in engineering and education. Beginning as a Development Engineer at Deere & Co. Rotary Engine Division from February 1985 to December 1992, Jonathan advanced to roles including Technical Specialist at Cummins Engine Company and Senior Project Engineer at Rotary Power International, Inc. Jonathan has been serving as the Director of Engineering at Rotary Power LLC since February 2005. In the field of education, Jonathan has worked as a Teacher at Columbia Secondary School and a Teaching Fellow at the NYC Department of Education from June 2014 to March 2025. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Science from Hofstra University and a Master's Degree in Education from St. John's University, awarded between 2014 and 2016. Additionally, Jonathan recently assumed the role of Senior Engine Engineer at LiquidPiston in January 2025.
