David Rollins has over 20 years of work experience. David began their career in 1999 as an Asset Manager/Developer at Marconi, where they were responsible for finding quotes and ordering equipment for the Hardware Engineering department. David also developed small applications to assist in automation of the engineering department. In 2002, they joined Benefit Harbor as a Java Developer, where they helped create web forms for enrollment and wrote some of the interfaces. In 2006, they moved to Aldor Solutions as a Sr. Java Developer, where they worked on the Web FDMS platform and streamlined the process for on-boarding new clients as well as implemented better security for S-OX compliance. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Hometelos as a Sr. Java Developer, where they were given the assignment to make their HomeTracker Application easier to support and expand. In 2012, they joined McLane Company as a Java Developer, where they modified a Dojo application to add new functionality including extending and existing set of business rules. From 2013 to 2022, they worked at Slalom Consulting as a Solutions Architect and Consultant, where they worked on a project for a large health care organization that helped create an online shopping cart that would integrate with Healthcare.gov as part of the Affordable Care Act roll-out. David is currently employed at LiquidPlanner as a Principal Software Engineer.

David Rollins attended Cooper High School from 1990 to 1995 and then went on to Texas A&M University - Mays Business School, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in 1999.
