Nick Boyarski

Nick Boyarski has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the VP of Legal at LiquidStack. Prior to that, they were the IP Counsel at Ideanomics. From 2018 to 2022, Boyarski served as a Patent Attorney & Owner at Hatch Patents, LLC. Before that, they held the position of General Counsel & Patent Counsel at Ebullient from 2014 to 2019. Boyarski also worked as a Patent Counsel at OtterBox from 2012 to 2014. Nick'scareer began as a Patent Attorney at Steptoe & Johnson LLP from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they were a Patent Agent at PING from 2007 to 2010. Boyarski also had a summer associate role at Steptoe & Johnson LLP in 2008. Before entering the legal field, they gained R&D engineering experience at Ford Motor Company from 2004 to 2006. Boyarski's early work experience includes being a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2003 to 2004.

Nick Boyarski has a strong educational background in both law and engineering. Nick obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Arizona State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2002 to 2004. Nick also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, which they received in 2002.

In addition to their degrees, Nick has obtained two certifications related to patent law. Nick became a Registered Patent Agent in September 2006 after completing the necessary requirements at the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Later, in April 2010, they achieved the designation of a Registered Patent Attorney, further strengthening their expertise in patent law.
