Chris Serrano has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Chris started their career as a Network Infrastructure Technician in the United States Air Force from 2005 to 2009. Afterwards, they worked as a Computer Support Specialist in the US Air Force Reserve from 2010 to 2011. Chris then became a Windows System Administrator at the Defense Information Systems Agency from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they joined Seagate Technology as an IT Service Strategist, where they identified and remedied deficient virtualized services delivered by IT to knowledge workers and organizations. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Workspot, Inc as a Customer Success Engineer, where they developed personal relationships with customers and assisted with product implementation. Currently, they are employed as a Support Engineer at Liquidware, where they provide technical support to customers.

Chris Serrano has a diverse education history. Chris started with obtaining a High School Diploma in General Education from Mustang High School in 2003. Chris then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from Park University from 2007 to 2009. Following that, Chris went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, also from Park University, which they completed between 2011 and 2014.

Alongside their formal education, Chris obtained several certifications. In September 2014, they earned the Security+ certification from CompTIA. In June 2014, they obtained the ITILv3 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Lastly, in August 2014, Chris acquired the MCSE certification from Microsoft.
