James Pratt

James Pratt has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and services. James served as a Technical Support Engineer at Liquidware starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Technology and Services Consultant at information Technology Services from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they helped streamline operations and build a Linux backend process for a sales website in France. James also served as a Storage & Virtualization Administrator at Norwich University from 2019 to 2021, where they saved the university money by procuring funds to rebuild a VMware VDI environment and upgraded the university's ID management system. Prior to that, James was a Senior Storage & Virtualization Administrator at Norwich University from 2000 to 2018, where they updated systems, implemented a SAN, and virtualized a majority of the physical data center. James also worked as an EDI Administrator at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont from 1997 to 2000, where they rebuilt an electronic claims processing system and developed systems integration solutions.Overall, James Pratt has a strong background in IT support, system administration, and virtualization across multiple organizations.

James Pratt attended Montpelier High School from 1985 to 1989 and obtained a High School Diploma.
