Art Certosimo

Art is a senior advisor to the executive team at Broadridge Financial Solutions. He is also Vice Chairman and a member of the Board of Advisors of Promontory Interfinancial Network, and on the Board of Directors for South Street Securities.

Art retired from Bank of New York Mellon in December 2014 as a member of the Executive Committee and Operating Committee of the Company and as Senior Executive Vice President and CEO of Global Markets, leading the company’s foreign exchange, capital markets and derivatives trading businesses worldwide. Art holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Rutgers College at Rutgers University and an M.B.A from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
