David Smith

David Smith is the co-founder and CTO of LiquiGlide, a company that makes coatings for packaging that allow liquids to slide right off. Prior to starting LiquiGlide, they were a graduate researcher at MIT.

David Smith's educational career began with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. David then continued their education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Afterwards, they pursued further studies in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico di Torino.

Some direct reports include Daniel Rippy - Chief Business Officer, Hyuk - Min Kwon - Director of R&D, and Brian Jordan - Director of Packaging Technology.
