Our project portfolio spans utility-scale solar power plants, wind farms, road construction, and real estate development in Kenya, Uganda, and the wider East African region.

We bring deep regional expertise in regulatory compliance, technical project requirements, and commercial project dynamics — giving international EPC contractors and infrastructure investors a credible, experienced local partner from pre-qualification through commissioning.

Active projects include a 40 MW utility-scale solar PV plant in Kenya (expandable to 190 MW) and the Maasai Mara Smart Medical City — a 200-acre healthcare-anchored mixed-use development. Both projects have land secured, government approvals in place, and financing structured.
