Joy Ayles

Joy Ayles is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the beauty and creative industries, currently serving as Director of Special Projects and Content Director at Lisa Eldridge Beauty since March 2013. Ayles has held various roles including Supply Chain, Brand Manager, and Producer, contributing to the company's growth and innovation. Prior experience includes driving a rebrand as a Freelance Creative Consultant for Concirrus, facilitating a £3 million investment, and working as a Junior Creative Planner at Table 19. Ayles also gained international experience at BBH Asia Pacific and received education in Interactive Media Design & Management from Hyper Island, sponsored by Google, and a BA in Advertising Design from The University of Salford. Additional training includes a short course in Art Direction in Film from the University of the Arts London.
