Lisa Press Consulting provides senior interim finance leadership, fractional CFO support, FP&A consulting, and finance transformation for SaaS, Fintech, and fast-growing companies.

I'm Lisa Press, a U.S. CPA and senior finance leader with 15+ years of experience across Stripe, Monta, SimCorp, Big 4 audit, and high-growth technology companies. I built the FP&A function behind Monta's EUR 80M+ Series B raise, one of the largest Series B rounds by a Danish startup, and served as Finance Business Partner to the Chief Revenue Officer at SimCorp for a business with an FY25 net revenue budget of approximately EUR 775M. I've also delivered repeated, quantified finance transformation results, including two separate engagements where I reduced month-end close time by over 75%.

I work with founders, CEOs, investors, and finance teams who need experienced finance leadership without the cost, overhead, or long hiring process of a traditional consulting firm or permanent executive hire. As a solo practitioner, you work directly with me, not a rotating team of junior consultants.

My services include interim CFO support, finance business partnering, financial planning and analysis, revenue forecasting, board and investor reporting, budgeting, KPI development, finance process improvement, ERP and reporting transformation, and AI-enabled finance automation.

I'm especially focused on helping SaaS and Fintech companies improve decision-making, reduce manual work, strengthen reporting, and build finance processes that support growth, fundraising, and commercial execution.

Whether you need a trusted interim finance leader, a sharper forecast, cleaner reporting, better board materials, or practical support modernizing finance operations, I bring senior-level judgment, hands-on execution, and commercially minded finance expertise.

Based in Copenhagen and working remotely across Europe and internationally, I support companies that need experienced financial leadership, fast.
