At lisci, we are revolutionizing learning and knowledge management in the life sciences industry. Our focus is on providing and continuously refining our digital learning management & experience platform. Our portfolio is completed by the creation of digital learning content that imparts knowledge relevant to the industry or even individual companies, as well as the offering of various services.

With the lisci platform, we have created a fusion of learning management systems and learning experience platforms, with which we take into account both the interests of companies and the needs of users. This enables us to offer a widely accepted solution for ensuring a sustainably successful knowledge flow and strengthening knowledge transfer along the entire employee life cycle: We shorten the duration of onboarding and create new capacities. In the stage of further training and development, we pave the way for establishing a stable learning culture by increasing the accessibility of learning content and using suitable measures to promote employees' intrinsic motivation. And in offboarding, company-critical knowledge, such as best practices of long-serving professionals, can be conveniently cast into didactically high-quality learning content with lisci and hereby made available to the next generation.

In line with our specialization in life science companies, we also stand for adherence to high security standards, a keen understanding of the industry's mission-critical data sensitivity, and at all times take into account our clientele's compelling need for compliance and SOP-accordant operations.
