Todd Howard is the Senior Vice President of Quality, Training and Investigations at LISCR, LLC, a position held since 2021. Prior to this role, Todd served in various capacities with the U.S. Coast Guard from 2017 to 2021, including Chief of Traveling Marine Inspectors and Operations Officer on the USCGC VIGILANT. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
