Nigel Downs

Nigel Downs is an experienced Coach and Mentor who has a history of leadership roles spanning over 30 years. They served as Managing Director at Choices Housing Association Limited from 1997 to 2020 and have held various positions, including Senior Housing Officer at Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council and Principal Housing Officer at Newark and Sherwood District Council. Currently, Nigel serves as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee at Lisieux Trust and has also been an Interim CEO for the organization, along with serving as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Housing and Care. They are furthering their education in Governance Strategy at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
