Ashley DeWalt is a seasoned entrepreneur and venture capital expert, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at The Collectiv, the sports industry's inaugural community-powered venture capital fund, and as a Venture Advisor for both Mercury, an early-stage venture capital firm, and South Loop Ventures, which focuses on empowering founders of color. Additional roles include Venture Investor for U.S. SailGP Team, nVenue, Videon, and LISNR, as well as Angel Investor at Chicago Early Growth Ventures and Strategic Advisor for Screen Skinz. Previously, Ashley was the Managing Director of DivInc, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting diverse founders. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Sport Management from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown.
