Eric Lopez has a diverse work experience. Eric started their career at Best Buy as an Inventory Specialist from October 2016 to December 2017. Eric then worked at Banana Republic from August 2019 to September 2022, where they were involved in merchandizing. From March 2021 to September 2022, they worked as a Network & Desktop Support specialist at Felix Storch, Inc. Currently, they hold a position at LISS Technologies as a Client Services Level 2, starting in May 2022. In their role, they respond to technical assistance requests, diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues, and advises clients on appropriate actions.

Eric Lopez completed their education at The College of Westchester, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate in Applied Science degree in Computer Network Administration from 2016 to 2018 at the same institution. Eric'shigh school education was completed at Bronx Leadership Academy High School, where they received a High School Diploma from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained several certifications. Eric received the MD-100:Windows certification from Microsoft in November 2021. In February 2018, they obtained the TestOut Server Pro 2016: Install and Storage certification from TestOut Corporation, as well as the TestOut Client Pro and TestOut PC Pro certifications from the same institution in January 2018. Lastly, they obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in July 2021.
