Fred Homner

Fred Homner is currently the Sr Director of Customer Success and Emerging Technologies at ListEngage, holding previous roles as Principal Strategic Delivery Lead and Director of Product Management in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. With a background in technical architecture, consulting, and developer support, Fred has extensive experience in optimizing customer processes on the Marketing Cloud Platform. Prior to their roles at Salesforce, Fred worked as a Tier 3 Support Engineer at ExactTarget and an Information System Analyst Intern at Simon Property Group. Fred holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Indiana University Indianapolis.
