Todd Phillips has a diverse work experience. Todd started their career in 2006 as an Operator at Coal Creek Golf Course, where they operated machinery and trained new employees. In 2008, they became the Operations Director at KDUR Community Radio, where they supervised underwriting placement, trained DJ's, and maintained program logs. In 2010, they worked as a Store Manager at SPICY PICKLE, managing daily deli operations and ensuring smooth operation. Also in 2010, they joined ListenUp as a Sales Support, processing billing and reviewing stock and customer transfers. Todd later transitioned to the role of Sales Consultant at ListenUp in 2014, assisting customers with audio and video equipment purchases and providing technical support. In 2016, they worked at Samples Supports as a Supported Employment Team Leader, managing a team of job coaches and advocating for clients with developmental disabilities.
Todd Phillips attended Boulder High School from 2001 to 2005, where they completed their General Studies. Following this, they enrolled at Fort Lewis College from 2005 to 2009 and obtained a B.A. in English/Communications with a focus on Media Theory. Todd Phillips has also acquired additional certifications in CPR/First Aid in July 2016 and NVCI (National Verbal Crisis Intervention) at an unspecified institution and time.
