Eric Lilly has extensive experience in solution consulting, technical management, and project leadership within the technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Solution Consulting at Listrak since May 2012, Eric has progressed through various roles including Senior Solutions Consultant, Manager of Solution Consulting, and Technical Project Manager II. Responsibilities have involved managing teams, articulating technical benefits of products, and leading complex project implementations. Prior to Listrak, Eric held positions at Sovereign Bank as a Systems Analyst III and at M&T Bank, advancing from a Junior Help Desk Analyst to a Management Information Systems Analyst IV, with significant responsibilities in the Mortgage and Consumer Lending divisions. Eric holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Science from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
