Chris Cassano is the Co-Founder & CTO at Lit Protocol. Prior to Lit Protocol, Chris was at Satoshi Energy where they served as a Bitcoin Advisor from June 2018 to January 2020. Before Satoshi Energy, Chris was a software engineer at FathomAI from June 2016 to September 2017. Prior to FathomAI, Chris worked as a software engineer at 21.co from October 2014 to October 2015 where they wrote massive API in Rails with over 100 endpoints to serve web, iOS, and Android clients and wrote Postgres stored procedures and functions to generate statistics on billions of rows. Chris also wrote an API in Django/Python to power the “21” command line application. From December 2019 to February 2021, Chris was the CTO at Expand which connects people. Chris was also the CTO and Co-Founder at Deconet from September 2017 to November 2019 where they build fintech and blockchain products for global collaboration. Prior to Deconet, Chris was the founder at Piper Wallet / Cryptographi, Inc from July 2013 to October 2014. Before Piper Wallet / Cryptographi, Inc, Chris was a software engineer / research assistant at Emprise Corporation from January 2012 to December 2014 and lead programmer and project manager at Animal Genetics from April 2011 to June 2012.

Chris Cassano's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida State University and Celebration High School.
