John Cullian

John Cullian is the Managing Director at LitCon Group, a Vertex Company, where they have been since 2024. With over thirty-five years of experience in the construction industry, John has a strong focus on evaluating troubled projects and providing oversight for ongoing constructions. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP from 2004 to 2008 and held roles at Navigant Consulting and The Barrington Consulting Group. John earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, graduating in 1987.
