David Steinley is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various organizations across multiple sectors. As the Founder of Future Standard since November 2019, David specializes in helping founders secure and sustain funding. Currently serving as a Fractional CFO for several innovative companies, including OnDeck Fisheries AI, Lite-1, VoxCell BioInnovation, and Scispot, David plays a crucial role in advancing sustainable practices in fisheries monitoring, biotechnology, and data management. Prior to these roles, David worked at KPMG as a Senior Risk Consultant and Audit Associate, focusing on optimizing risk management and executing financial statement audits for major corporations. David is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University.
