Roger Chen

Roger Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mechanical design engineering and technology management. Currently serving as Senior Director at LITEON Technology, Roger leads the LITEON+ Innovation Program, focusing on sustainability, energy, and AI technologies while managing a cross-functional team and fostering strategic partnerships. Prior to this role, Roger held senior management positions at HP, leading teams in sensor and camera AI development, and at Logitech, where expertise in mechanical engineering design was applied to retail mouse products. Roger's earlier career includes significant contributions to mechanical design for laptop components at both Liteon and Delta Electronics. Roger holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tatung University and a Bachelor of Science from Huafan University.
