Sarah Anees is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at lite since October 2025, Sarah has held key positions in various organizations including Jisr I جسر as the Head of HR Egypt & Global Head of Talent Management, and Convertedin as Global Head of People & Culture. Previous roles also include Global People and Culture Lead at Swvl and HR Manager at Tribal, among others. Sarah's career began in 2010, with foundational roles in HR at suzanne mubarak family park and ADES - Advanced Energy Systems. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Marketing from The German University in Cairo, completed in 2009.
